The Youth Studio

We are happy to announce our newest program – THE YOUTH STUDIO!  This is the ultimate opportunity for creative problem solving, critical thinking, and convenience.

In order to make participating in art and creativity classes more convenient and meaningful, THE YOUTH STUDIO allows you to give your child creative opportunities without having to commit to multiple classes or even register ahead of time.  Simply purchase a prepaid package and bring your kids to the program on days when it’s convenient for you.

THE YOUTH STUDIO is open every day there is school, Monday-Friday from 3:00-5:30 (earlier on DCSD district-wide early release days).  You can bring your kids as often as you’d like, and drop off or pick up at any point during our program times.

Your child will work on a variety of projects that will challenge them to think critically and give them time and space to explore their own ideas, using a wide range of traditional and non-traditional supplies and materials. You have piece of mind knowing that they are well-supervised in a safe, encouraging environment.

AGES
THE YOUTH STUDIO is developmentally appropriate for kids ages 6-10 years old. **Please do not register students who are not within this age range.

GET YOUR FIRST 5 CREATIVITY SESSIONS FOR FREE!
To receive your FREE 5 session package, simply create a user account (if you don’t already have one), then send us an email letting us know your name and that you would like 5 free creativity sessions (info@dbqartcenter.org).  Once we receive your email we will add credit for 5 creativity sessions to your account. You can view your remaining credits under the PREPAID PACKAGES option on your user account dashboard.

After using your initial free sessions, you might consider purchasing our other packages (10 or 25 session packages, the more you purchase the more you save). Then simply bring your child (or children) – each time they come we will debit a session from your account.

HOW TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PACKAGES
Simply click on the PURCHASE PACKAGES option under the Youth Studio menu item. Sign into your account and click on “PREPAID PACKAGES.”  No need to register ahead of time, simply bring your child and we will debit a session from your account. If you do not have an account or package simply pay $10 per child when you bring them.

Parents are welcome to drop kids off or stay and create with them (it can be truly invigorating to engage in creative play at any age, and a great way to bond with your child).
